Eva Voinigescu is The Narwhal's outreach manager, based in Toronto. Her background is part start-up, part newsroom, part non-profit. She has worked in advertising client services, in communications at the Canadian Institute for Advanced Research and as a freelance journalist and producer for organizations like the CBC and Toronto Star.
