Safeena Dhalla

Safeena Dhalla is a strategic leader with ten years of experience leading teams and complex projects in fast-paced, collaborative environments. Prior to joining the Narwhal, Safeena was the Head of Growth for MobSquad, a social impact startup tackling the US immigration crisis where she sat on the executive leadership team and was responsible for the organization’s business development and growth. Previously, she managed global brands such as Amazon and TripAdvisor in London, U.K. as a business director, working directly with C-level leadership to set brand strategy and oversee large-scale production of award-winning campaigns. Safeena holds a BCom with Honours from the University of British Columbia, where she was selected as the valedictorian of her graduating class. She currently serves as the Communications Lead for the National Diversity and Inclusion Portfolio for the Aga Khan Council for Canada. You can usually find Safeena on a hike, enjoying a bag of salt & vinegar crisps, or playing a game of any kind.
