Jack Hoggarth

Jack Hoggarth is of Anishinaabe (Ojibwe) and Dinjii Zhuh (Gwich’in) descent, with membership in the Teetł’it Gwich’in Band of Fort McPherson, Northwest Territories. He currently serves as the chair of Anishinaabe Knowledge and assistant professor in the Chanie Wenjack School for Indigenous Studies at Trent University. Jack teaches at both the undergraduate and graduate levels, with a focus on land-based learning and the transmission of Anishinaabe Intelligence (AI).
