Johnny is a technology designer and startup founder based in Vancouver. He was a founding engineer at Slack. His environmental advocacy focuses on support for local organizations such as the Ancient Forest Alliance and the Nature-Based Solutions Foundation.
He served as Chair of the Vancouver chapter of Surfrider Foundation Canada. He has his honours bachelor of arts from McMaster University and his master of science from Simon Fraser University. He splits his time between Vancouver, Pemberton and self-propelled exploration of all the other incredible parts of British Columbia.
