Malcolm Johnson
Malcolm Johnson is a writer based in northern British Columbia. He began his career at surf and action sport magazines, and now writes mainly about outdoor adventure, environmental issues and how human communities experience and interact with the natural world. After several years working as a managing editor for Patagonia in California, he recently returned home with his wife to raise their family in more rural surroundings. His work has been published by Outside, Surfer, The Surfer’s Journal and Kootenay Mountain Culture, among others.
