Matt McIntosh

Matt McIntosh is a farmer and freelance journalist based in southwestern Ontario. He covers an array of agricultural and scientific subjects, with particular focus on technology, production, environment and wider societal issues pertaining to food and farming. He holds a BA in political science with a focus on agricultural issues from the University of Guelph, has contributed to a wide range of Canadian and international publications, and is the current president of the Eastern Canada Farm Writers' Association. Matt operates under his brand "The Rural PhilosoFer."
