Natalia Balcerzak
Natalia Balcerzak is a journalist in Northwest B.C., delving into the pressing issues of the region as it rapidly grows and attracts national headlines. Natalia previously worked as a reporter at the Terrace Standard with Black Press Media in Terrace, B.C. and continues to embrace the Coast Mountains there with her gecko in a tiny house village. Originally from Toronto and a graduate from Ryerson University’s School of Journalism, her curiosity has led her overseas to work on stories in many places including Israel, Australia, Cambodia and in the U.K. with CBC’s foreign correspondence bureau. Natalia’s irritable traits are forcing friends to pose for self-proclaimed artistic photos and taking out too many library books that she never finishes reading.
